CES Energy Solutions is looking for a self-motivated and experienced individual to fill the position of Safety Summer Student. This full-time position is located in Calgary, Alberta and reports directly to the Business Analyst. Hours of work are from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, and the position will run from May through August.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Work with other team members within the Health, Safety & Environment group.
- Perform inventory counts and organizational duties.
- Assist with equipment fittings.
- Support the HSE electronic management system (Cosmos).
- Assist with documentation organization and record keeping.
- Complete other duties as required.
Required skillset:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Must possess organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Positive and professional mindset.
- Currently studying Health and Safety in post-secondary is an asset.
- Experience in the oil and gas industry is an asset.
- Must be eligible to work in Canada.
