We are searching for an exceptionally talented Project Management Intern to join our growing team and help us deliver on our customer promise. This will be an opportunity to gain valuable and meaningful work experience alongside a strong team and will provide exposure to the home-building process.
What You’ll be Doing:
• Code invoices logging change orders and invoice trackers and verify amounts against progress on site
• Perform condo performance audit inspections and document major warrantable deficiencies.
• Review existing warranties, guarantees, and service contracts for each common element component.
• Assist and provide support in various areas including permit submission, approval submissions, and coordinating with city staff, client services, and internal teams.
• Supporting the registration of condos by coordinating the draft plans, and all condo documents. Submitting the applications, gathering conditions, and getting approvals by coordinating cross-departmental work and site reviews.
What You Bring to the Table:
• Currently enrolled in an Engineering Program at an accredited University or College.
• A self-starter attitude and a drive to deliver high-quality projects while defying expectations.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Microsoft Project an asset.
