T-rex Distillery Inside Sales / Administrative

T-Rex Distillery is a family owned and operated distillery of amazing spirits located in St. Albert, AB. We produce a range of award-winning spirits, boozy ice cream and gelato.

We're looking for a motivated individual with EXCEPTIONAL organizational skills to join our team to help keep things running smoothly as we grow! You can grow with us, as this position has potential to become an Executive position in the future.

Duties include:

• Telephone Sales, taking customer orders
• Processing invoices and bills ( Requires QuickBooks Experience )
• Serve occasional walk-in customers
• Process orders from our online store
• Booking shipments
• Ordering supplies
• Generating reports and verifying records
• Assisting in miscellaneous administrative duties

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills
• Minimum of one year of sales experience
• Superior accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently with mínimal guidance
• Eager to learn

Salary : Up to $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

COVID-19 considerations: There is mínimal customer contact and a small team with generous spacing.

Experience :

• Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
• Sales: 1 year (preferred)
