Team Lead

Job Overview: Join our team as a Team Leader and lead a dedicated group of individuals in delivering exceptional service to our customers. As a Team Leader, you will oversee daily operations, provide guidance to team members, and ensure a positive work environment. Responsibilities :

• Must work on the grill (training will be provided)
• Must be proficient in English and should be able to take orders on the cash register.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance team members' skills and knowledge
• Lead by example in demonstrating excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
• Manage team schedules effectively to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
• Supervise team members in their daily tasks, providing guidance and support as needed
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to maintain optimal stock levels
• Communicate effectively with team members, management, and other departments
• Utilize strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Oversee store operations, including opening and closing procedures

Qualifications:

• Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in multitasking and handling various responsibilities simultaneously
• Ability to negotiate effectively and resolve conflicts in a professional manner
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
• Previous experience in supervising or store management roles is preferred
• Experience in restaurant environment is a must
• Experience with grill is preferable
• Should be able to work full time
• Should have personal vehicle for commute

Pay: $17.50-$19.80 per hour
