This is a hybrid role. Candidates must need to be physically in Montreal. Join Our Team We provide personalized advice on work/study permit applications and immigration programs for Permanent Residency in Canada. Do you have exceptional attention to detail, you love immigration and you have customer service and organizational skills? If so, this job is for you! Immigration & Mobility-Consulting firm is looking for a dynamic and experienced person to fill the position of Regulated Immigration Consultant. Main Functions · Quickly master processes for preparation and submission of immigration applications · Initial consultations with clients · Check, review and update documents provided by applicants · Prepare contracts and invoices · Prepare correspondence for immigration authorities (requests, emails, letters) · Keep records up to date in our internal system · Monitor document submission deadlines · Prepare reports · Plan and prioritize casework · Provide administrative support Experience And Skills · English and French proficiency (spoken and written) required and Spanish is an asset · College diploma in Immigration Studies (or equivalent relevant experience) · 1-2 years of experience as a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant · Strong data entry skills and attention to detail · Proven ability to process multiple files at the same time · Ability to follow instructions with minimal supervision · Excellent customer service · Excellent communication skills · Organizational and time-management skills · Analytical and problem-solving skills · Good research skills · Ability to collaborate as a team and good interpersonal skills · ICCRC membership in good standing is mandatory · MIFI registration is an asset Your Strengths & Values · Meticulous : Attention to detail is extremely important to perform this job ·  Fast learner: Open to learn new things and to get feedback ·  Initiative: You like to take initiative to improve the internal processes ·  Autonomy: Able to search the answers to your questions and work independently ·  Empathy: You demonstrate empathy with clients during their immigration process ·  Passion: You love immigration and you are passionate about diversity
