They work in partnership with other claims employees and keep the claim status up to date in our claims management system. Claims advisors take on increasingly complex claims and work on skills in related areas to make the most of their versatility. Rain or shine, our claims advisors are always on the go. They handle all claims assigned to them from end to end, with the option of taking on extra claims to increase their base salary and receive additional compensation. PROPERTY AND CASUALTY INSURANCE AGENT Guide.
