Under the supervision of the Customer Service Supervisor, the Telephone Sales Advisor's main responsibilities will be to..:Business development (telephone)Greet customers on the telephone in a warm and courteous mannerPromote and sell products and services to existing customersHandle all customer inquiries received by phone, fax or e-mailProcess telephone, fax and e-mail orders.Work in collaboration with corporate account managersDevelop customer account base to maintain and increase purchasing volumeAnalyze customer accounts to detect opportunities or anomaliesFollow-up with customers who are no longer purchasing at their regular frequency, in order to understand and remedy the situation;Make outbound calls to follow up, propose new products, present promotions,REQUIRED PROFILE of the telephone sales consultant :Mandatory in-store training - minimum 3 monthsStrong aptitude for customer serviceProfessional, responsible and reliableGood communicator and good listenerComputer literateAble to identify and seize sales opportunitiesWorkplace: 905 boul.
