Responsibilities:Strategic Planning Collaborate with senior leadership to identify organizational development initiatives that will support the organization’s strategic plan.Develop strategies that will improve organizational effectiveness and enhance Team Member development and engagement. Leadership Development Design and implement leadership development programs to cultivate a strong and effective leadership team.Provide coaching and mentorship to leaders at all levels to enhance their capabilities. Employee Engagement Conduct an annual Team Member engagement survey, analyze data, and collaborate with the HR team for planning and actioning.Design and implement programs to enhance overall employee engagement and satisfaction. Change Management Contribute to the development of communication plans articulating the benefits and impact of change initiatives. Learning and Development Design and deliver training programs to address skill gaps and promote continuous learning.Develop self-paced training, presentations, and/or focus groups.Act as the main point of contact for Team Members seeking guidance on learning and development initiatives. Performance Management Collaborate with the HR team to enhance performance management processes.Conduct annual performance management program and system training with leadership and Team Members.Support the development of improvement plans, tools, resources, and initiatives. Organizational Assessment and Training Conduct annual and ongoing training needs analysis to evaluate employee performance.Create capability profiles, career paths, succession plans, and performance management strategies.Design and facilitate team-building workshops for enhanced team collaboration.Develop and deliver HR training programs tailored for both management and employees.Assess the effectiveness of training and development initiatives in terms of employee growth, transferability, promotion, and overall performance. Qualifications: University degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related education.Minimum of five years of work experience in Human Resources or Organizational Development.Proven experience in organizational development, change management, and talent development.Strong understanding of human resources principles, organizational behavior, and best practices.Experience designing and implementing effective training and development programs.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to lead and implement initiatives successfully.Good organizational and time-management skills.High levels of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.Ability to work independently within established guidelines and procedures and as a member of a team.Willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.Ability to set and manage priorities to meet deadlines.Proficient in MS Office software (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook).Experience working with First Nations is an asset.Willing to work additional hours and off-site as required.Occasional travel to other locations.
