About the Opportunity Our client at national association is looking for a dynamic Receptionist/Administrative Coordinator for a temporary position that has the possibility to become permanent. The successful candidate would manage a wide range of day-to-day office and clerical tasks. In order to be successful in the role strong organizational and client service skills will be required. If you have experience dealing with all levels of staff and management and are able carry out administrative duties with great attention to detail in a fast pace environment this could be the opportunity for you! Duties include but are not limited to: Answering phones, following up with clients, and providing the highest level of customer service Proofreading and editing documentation Producing letters, memos, reports, and other electronic material Ensuring timely responses to email messages and requests Supporting management and team members as needed Managing schedules and coordinating meetings Assembling financial reports General office duties such as invoicing, electronic filing, and assisting with various office administration tasks About You The successful candidate will have the following: College diploma in Business Management/Administration or equivalent Two or more years of related experience Advanced Microsoft Suite Experience (Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Word) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task Fluently bilingual in both official languages (read, speak, write) would be considered an asset About the Job The hourly pay for this opportunity is $23.00 per hour.
