Warehouse Associate

Our client in the manufacturing industry is looking for Warehouse associates to begin ASAP for temporary- Location: Tottenham , ONStart time: 730am -4:30pm (Monday- Friday)Pay: $20 PER HR The warehouse associate is responsible for assembly of various portable restrooms and portable handwash stations and for material handling, including receiving of parts and shipment of customer orders. This position requires working in a team environment.Essential Duties and Responsibilities ·        Assembles fabricated portable restrooms according to directions·        Read and follow assembly instructions then assembles to these specifications·        Periodically checks products per company policy to ensure quality and uniform completion; resolves any identified problems and alerts supervisor·        Inventories tools, parts, and supplies; contacts materials handler if supplies are needed·        Receive parts from suppliers, verify quantities received against packing list, put in designated area·        Keep parts organized and labeled ·        Read work orders, pull parts needed for orders and deliver to work center·        Pull and pack parts orders for shipment·        Inventory of parts, cycle counts·        Prepare shipments of orders·        Data entry (Sage X3 software), including production reports·        Maintain clean and organized work space·        Performs other duties as assigned.·        Maintain clean and organized work place. Required SkillsWear personnel protective equipment as requiredDemonstrated ability to perform rigorous activities including walking, standing, stooping, squatting, bending, twisting, kneeling, reaching, sitting, lifting, grasping, pushing, pulling, manual dexterity, etc.Ability to lift a minimum of 30 poundsAbility to work in all climate conditionsAbility to read and understand assembly instructions.Be detail-oriented and consistent.Demonstrated ability to work effectively individually and within a team setting·        Must be able to use a variety of hand tools to accomplish task. These include drilling, rivet guns, impact wrench, box knife. These tools must be used safely.  Maintain safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; maintaining clean shipping supply area; complying with procedures, rules, and regulations #MGR1E04JI802kp0t406luv8
