Skilled Labourer

We are in search of a Skilled Labourer at a manufacturing shop in Langley paying up to $21/hr Job Description: You will be working as a skilled labourer in a manufacturing shop working with hand and power tools all on a production line. On a day to day basis, you can expect to be: Operating belt sanders, grinders, and other shop tools Can expect to do some very basic MIG welding (welding experience a bonus, but will train) Will be visually inspecting product for defects (don't need experience, will train) Occasional use of forklift and overhead crane (experience a bonus, but will train) Qualifications: 6 months experience in an industrial shop Good attitude (eager to learn, initiative, etc) Reliable transportation Able to lift 50 lbs Nice to Have Experience: Welding experience Overhead crane experience Forklift experience Work Environment: 26 people on the production floor Very large open environment, heavy industrial Cold, dirty shop Shift: You be on the day shift, but MUST be available for afternoons as well. May not end up working afternoon shift, but have to be available for it Day Shift: 6:15am - 3:05pm Afternoon Shift: 2:45pm - 11:15pm Pay Rate: $20/hr - $21/hr Why Work Here?
