Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years or equivalent experience Tasks Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc. Supervise other workers Train other workers Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences Determine and establish office procedures and routines Plan, develop and implement recruitment strategies Schedule and confirm appointments Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages Answer electronic enquiries Compile data, statistics and other information Oversee the preparation of reports Respond to employee questions and complaints Order office supplies and maintain inventory Oversee payroll administration Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas Perform data entry Provide customer service Maintain and manage digital database Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support Assign, co-ordinate and review projects and programs Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations Supervision 3-4 people Work Term: Permanent Work Language: English Hours: 40 hours per week
