Truck/ Team Manager

Role :Truck/ Team Manager

Position: Full Time (4-5 shifts per week / 8-10 hours per shift)

Pay :$29 to $35/hour, including base wage, commission, and tips

What you'll be doing :

• Providing excellent customer service by building rapport with customers on the job
• Work in-field with coworkers to ensure the completion of jobs
• Assist to exceed weekly, monthly, and yearly revenue targets
• Lifting and removing items (ability to raise more than 50lbs)
• Bringing your positive energy and strong work ethic to the role and team
• Assist as needed with truck fleet maintenance; including inspections completed, a regular maintenance schedule met, and repairs are performed

Requirements :

• A great attitude! You're a team player who likes meeting and helping people each day.
• Valid driver's license with 2+ years of driving 3-5 tons trucks
• Goal-oriented and driven
• In good shape, not afraid of hard physical work and a challenge. Able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly

Pay: $29.00-$35.00 per hour
