We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Human Resources Assistant to join our HR team. The HR Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting HR functions and ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes within our organization. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate screenings. Onboarding and Orientation: Help facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring a seamless transition into the organization. Employee Records: Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, including personnel files and HR databases, ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Benefits Administration: Support in administering employee benefits programs. Employee Relations: Assist in handling employee inquiries, grievances, and conflicts, maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment. Training and Development: Coordinate training sessions and workshops, track employee training records, and assist in identifying development opportunities. Compliance: Stay updated with labor laws and regulations, ensuring company policies and practices align with legal requirements. HR Projects: Participate in HR-related projects and initiatives to improve HR processes and contribute to departmental goals. General Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the HR team, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and maintaining supplies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Human Resources preferred. 2 years of experience in HR role. Experience in professional services firm would be a plus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software systems (e.g., HRIS). Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is advantageous. Strong interpersonal skills and a team player mentality.
