The Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Pricing Manager to join our client's team in the food & beverage industry. The Senior Pricing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies that drive revenue growth, maximize profitability, and maintain competitiveness in the market.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Utilize expertise in market analysis and pricing strategy to enhance product offerings and drive profitability
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor actions that may impact pricing decisions, and provide strategic insights to senior leadership
  • Lead critical pricing processes, collaborating across departments and engaging directly with customers to refine and implement effective pricing strategies.
  • Interact regularly with the business development team, providing actionable insights that support the company’s mission and drives business decisions
  • Passionate about data-driven decision-making, you will combine analytical rigor with strategic business impact in a globally expanding company
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of pricing initiatives, and make recommendations for adjustments as needed to achieve targets

What We Need From You:

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role
  • CPA designation preferred
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful pricing strategies
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of balancing long-term objectives with short-term goals
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with pricing analytics tools and optimization software is a plus
