The Job – DispatcherDispatchers play an integral role in keeping customer satisfaction high by maintaining a professional and empathetic demeanor while dispatching On Side Restoration crews to jobs in a timely manner. Knowing who to call, when to call them and what the steps are in the restoration process is all just a regular part of being a Dispatcher. Dispatchers are responsible for: Dispatching crews to save the day when disasters hit.Understanding scope of work and skills needed on a job site.Scheduling work with property owners.Managing sub-trade schedules.Managing crew mix and on-call availability. What you bring: Superior customer service skills and a genuine desire to help people.Unparalleled organizational skills.Conscientiousness, never leaving a task before it’s complete.Curiosity, you’re always asking questions and want to know the rest of the story.Excellent phone and computer skills (MS Office – Word, Excel and Teams familiarity is a must).
