POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES WHAT DOES A BILINGUAL SALES PROFESSIONAL DO?  Understand Spanish speaking residential and business customer needs then provide an effective solution, using state-of-the-art contact center technology and customer service methodology. Become an expert on products/services, technology, and business process, practicing your skillsets with every interaction. Our Bilingual Sales Professionals are responsible for the following tasks:Communicate effective solutions to a variety of customer needsExpand product knowledge, continuously growing skillsetsCreate and build relationships, representing partners’ interestsImprove sales process working with managerial teamManage accounts professionally, utilizing technology/strategyIncrease customer satisfaction and drive sales growthAs an ambassador to our partners brands, you will represent some of the world’s largest, most recognizable brands. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset.
