The nature of the work is to act as the System Administrator (Cloud App Maintenance and Support) – Level 3 with a focus on Cloud Application Maintenance and Support resource ensures the cloud applications’ optimal performance; this role includes managing configurations, monitoring system health, and troubleshoot issues, ensuring a reliable and secure environment for users, ultimately enhancing overall operational efficiency and user satisfaction. Advantages - This is a long-term contract 3-year contract opportunity - Hybrid is preferred but open to remote work Responsibilities Regular reports detailing application performance, resource utilization, and potential bottlenecks. Recommendations for optimizing application configurations and parameters to improve performance and cost-efficiency. Logs detailing the application's security updates, patches, and compliance measures. Documented access controls, permissions, and user management strategies for the application. Plans for upgrading application components and dependencies to newer versions for enhanced features and security. Downtime schedules to notify stakeholders about maintenance activities and upgrades. Records of incident responses and ticket resolutions, including timelines and actions taken. Reports evaluating the performance of the cloud infrastructure and recommending optimizations. Documentation ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations related to application systems. Configurations and documentation for automated monitoring and alerting systems to track application health and issues. Training materials for end-users or client staff on using and managing the cloud application effectively. Qualifications - 7 +to monitoring and troubleshooting cloud application performance, resource utilization, and system health with the intent to effectively manage and optimize application configurations and resources, and scale based on usage patterns and demands as needed.
