Education Coordinator Job description As the Educational Coordinator at Prep Doctors, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the smooth delivery of educational programs and activities. You will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of our educational initiatives, supporting instructors, and ensuring an enriching learning experience for our students. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with faculty members, administrative staff, and external partners to optimize program effectiveness and student engagement. Key Responsibilities: Curriculum Coordination: Assist in the implementation, and evaluation of educational curriculum and programs. Coordinate course schedules, materials, and resources to ensure alignment with program objectives and student needs. Collaborate with instructors to review and update course content, assessments, and learning materials as needed. Student Support: Serve as a primary point of contact for student inquiries, providing information and assistance regarding program requirements, registration, and academic resources. Monitor student progress and academic performance, identifying and addressing any challenges or concerns in collaboration with faculty and support services. Event Management: Organize and coordinate educational events/classes, including logistical arrangements, participant communications, and post-event evaluations. Collaborate with facility management and front desk teams to ensure that event spaces are properly prepared and equipped for activities. Resource Management: Maintain inventory and distribution of educational materials, textbooks, and supplies. Coordinate the procurement of educational resources and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and appropriate allocation to support instructional activities. Collaboration and Communication: Foster effective communication and collaboration among faculty members, administrative staff, and management to support program objectives and initiatives. Facilitate regular meetings and communication channels to exchange information, share best practices, and address program-related issues. Quality Assurance: Assist in the implementation of quality assurance processes and assessments to evaluate program effectiveness and student learning outcomes. Collect and analyze feedback from students, faculty, and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed. Maintenance of Lab Issues/Staff: Act as the point of contact for addressing and resolving any issues or concerns that arise within the labs such as general disruptions Document and track maintenance requests, following up to ensure timely resolution and minimal disruption to lab activities. Work closely with staff and lab administrators to resolve issues and address any maintenance issues in a timely manner. Foster effective communication and collaboration between cleaning personnel and lab administrators to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Education, Business or Educational Administration, or a related field required Previous experience in educational coordination, program administration, coordination or related roles within an educational or training institution. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and build positive relationships. Proficiency in Microsoft and educational technology platforms. Knowledge of instructional design principles, coordinator duties.
