Position Summary: The Service Coordinator is responsible for the prompt and accurate submission of warranty-related claims, systems processing and document management. The Service Coordinator is responsible for the prompt and accurate submission of manufacturer warranty claims. Reporting directly to the Service Manager, the Service Coordinator will work within a small team, the right candidate will be passionate about delivering high-quality work, with a “roll up your sleeves” kind of attitude. This is a full-time position that requires strong detail-oriented, organization, and teamwork skills and someone who is well-versed in glass line and production environments. The successful candidate will be disciplined, punctual, and a strong team player dedicated to generating an engaged and safe work environment. Primary Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the Service department, including scheduling, data entry, system maintenance, inventory management, and dealer communication. Ensure compliance with contractual requirements to maintain service authorizations. Report metrics on dealer performance and internal Service Delivery KPIs including turnaround time, customer satisfaction, and, quality. Be a focal point of communication between vendors and internal resources to ensure best-in-class outcomes for our customers. Manage internal administration process to ensure that customers’ warranty entitlements are accurate in the system. Other tasks as required. Knowledge & Skill Requirements: Excellent communication and people skills and a passion for delivering a best-in-class service experience. Must be an innovative thinker, detail-oriented, adaptable and exhibit strong leadership skills with prior experience working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. 3-5 years of previous experience in B2B customer service, sales or vendor management roles. High level of organizational aptitude and attention to detail. Speak, read and write English Ability to work in a team environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel and Word.
