An LL.B., J.D., or equivalent is required for this position. Membership in the Law Society of Ontario in good standing is also required. The successful candidate will have significant experience in written and oral advocacy, particularly in the area of criminal justice. This candidate will further be up-to-date on advocacy techniques. Prior teaching experience will be considered an asset. An acceptable level of education and/or experience could be viewed as being equivalent to the educational required and/or demonstrated experience.
