Location : Toronto, Remote
Pay Rate : $30 - $35/hr.
Key Responsibilities :
· Utilize strong Oracle PL/SQL knowledge to extract and manipulate data from backend database effectively.
· Understand and document the database relationships between tables to ensure accurate data extraction and reporting.
· Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide support in fulfilling those requirements.
· Act as the guiding force in completing data extraction tasks, ensuring adherence to retention policies and data privacy regulations.
· Continuously update knowledge of HRIS systems and industry best practices to optimize system performance and functionality.
· Provide training and support to end-users on data extraction processes and tools.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
· Proven experience working with HR applications, particularly DLGL VIP.
· Strong understanding of backend database and tables, with the ability to navigate and manipulate data effectively.
· Strong in Oracle PL/SQL and other relevant programming languages.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
· Prior experience in data extraction and reporting preferred.
· Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance standards preferred.
