Graphic Design Intern - One Year Contract

Job Description Are you a recent grad or a 4th year Graphic Design student graduating shortly or have recently graduated? Freud Canada is seeking an enthusiastic and technically skilled Graphic Design student to work in our in-house Art Department. You will work closely with our senior Graphic Designer to create packaging, product graphics and related support material. This is an excellent opportunity to gain meaningful hands-on experience in your field. This role is an onsite role working five days a week from the office located in Mississauga, ON. This is a one year contract position with the possibility of extension up to two years. Qualifications To qualify: Must be a recent graduate within the last 6 months of a Graphic Design program Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop CS, InDesign CS and Illustrator CS) Experience with the MAC platform Excellent eye for detail Able to work within brand guidelines and follow direction Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle a variety of projects concurrently Self-starter, able to work independently Additional Information By choice, we are committed to a diverse workforce and are an equal opportunity employer.
