The Opportunity Mitchell Press is looking for an experienced full-time Senior Print Estimator . Reporting to the Executive Vice President, the successful candidate must be comfortable working in a team environment, and independently, self-motivated with excellent interpersonal communication skills, and a strong self-guided work ethic. Responsibilities Include: The primary role of the Senior Print Estimator is to support the efforts of the sales and production teams, to secure work by producing timely and accurate quotations and production plans for potential print projects and campaigns. Your duties as a Senior Print Estimator will include, but are not limited to, the following: ·      Prepare accurate and timely estimates and production plans that drive profitable high-quality outcomes. ·      Work with sales and planning to assess the client needs on potential projects and determine the best production path, with the most appropriate budget ·      Plan and engineer production paths for potential projects ·      Communicate and gather vendor/partner proposals, research, and source new suppliers for specialty projects ·      Job analysis and special projects as required by your supervisor ·      Work with estimating and leadership groups to maintain Rates/Standards ·      Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, and industry events, reviewing technical publications Requirements: ·      4+ years of estimating / production experience that provides successful award and production of Heat-Set Web Offset, Sheetfed Offset, Digital, Inkjet, Bindery, and Finishing ·      Intermediate to advanced computer skills with Microsoft Business Central and MS365 ·      Intermediate to advanced computer skills in other MIS and CRM software, Experience with EPS Monarch / iQuote, a bonus ·      Ability to continually adapt to and learn new technology, equipment capabilities, and processes ·      Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently ·      Ability to work in a team environment, working toward a common goal through teamwork, education, and collaboration ·      Must possess strong attention to detail, outstanding written, presentation, and excellent verbal communication skills Industry-leading compensation and benefits package is commensurate with experience, Mitchell Press is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to fostering a team culture.
