General Description • The Project Manager Level 1 is responsible for the successful completion of low to medium risk business process change or similar projects safely, with quality, within budget and on time by leading project teams and applying project management principles. Competitive pay rate Responsibilities Work Assignment Requirements: Coordinate SEM project intake and project resource assignments thru: - administration of SEM PIQ (project information questionnaire) inbox - completion of initial assessment of PIQ information - coordinate SEM resources for final assessment of PIQ - assign SEM project resources to security related projects based on final assessment - coordinate communication between PIQ requestor and SEM resources - administer SEM PMO triage SharePoint - coordinate SEM PMO triage reporting Qualifications Education and Skills • A minimum five (5) years of project management experience or equivalent. • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Economics or related discipline Must haves: -experience with share point/microsoft 365 -Project management focused - multitasking/collaborating/coordinating Nice to haves: -A PMP is not a requirement but if they are currently enrolled/pursuing that would be an asset -Security related experience is an asset Summary Location Horne Payne (Hybrid) - Remote candidates are not first preference but the manager will consider strong candidates with relevant experience.
