Mechanical Process Technician/Draughtsman

MESAR Consultants is looking for a technician/designer to serve its clients in the heavy industry sector, i.e. mining and metals, metallurgy, pulp and paper, petrochemicals, energy. The multidisciplinary services offered to our clients cover process, environmental and safety aspects as much as their physical installations. Responsibilities Carry out the required physical surveys; Participate in the development of plans and specifications in the discipline; Coordinate the design with the other disciplines of the project team; Carry out supervision of work on site, if necessary; Apply company policies and procedures to meet quality assurance standards. Requirements Have a DEC in mechanical engineering design profile or equivalent; Mastery of the French language; Proficiency in AutoCAD and good knowledge of 3D drawing software; Knowledge of drawing standards for the preparation of overall and detailed plans; Have a certificate (ASP card) from the General Health and Safety on Construction Sites course; Hold a valid driving license and be mobile for occasional travel. Assets: Excellent knowledge of the spoken and written English language; Experience in consulting engineering in the mining, metallurgical and pulp and paper sectors; Experience in process mechanics design; Knowledge of Inventor and Plant 3D drawing software.
