Office Administrator The Office Administrator will take full responsibility for supporting day to day operations across the office. Based in Burnaby and reporting to the Sr. Accountant, you will work with team members to generate and maintain complete and accurate records for multiple jobs. They will perform critical support and document control functions. This role includes supporting all project managers, the accounting group, answering the phones, scheduling meetings, taking minutes & transmitting and filing documents. Responsibilities: ·        Performs general administrative and recordkeeping functions including the review and distribution of documentation, the preparation of correspondence and meeting minutes. ·        Timely data entry of AP documentation ·        Answers the phone and directs calls according to priority and subject matter ·        Prepares purchase requisitions for approval and assists with procurement ·        Oversees the management of the office and maintains supplies ·        Acts as the primary point of contact for clients and customers ·        Capacity to work under pressure ·        May perform other related duties as required Qualifications ·        3+ years of office work experience ·        Experience with accounting software products ·        Strong computer background including experience with MS Project, Word and Excel ·        Strong communication skills, confident interacting with key contacts in verbal, written and electronic form ·        Knowledge of general office processes ·        You will be expected to work various schedules based on the project
