Manage the entire customer experience and overall customer satisfaction.Responsibilities: Evaluate and sell projectsEducate customers on processIdentify and document project scope of workMaintain customer and client communicationsReview estimatesObtain customer and client agreement on scope and estimateEnsure proper permits are acquiredCreate project schedule, timeline, and budgetIdentify and qualify subcontractors and resource providersNegotiate terms and set expectations with customers and clients Qualifications: Superb customer service track recordEffective written and oral communicationExperience in restoration and/or construction preferredHigh school diploma/GEDProject Management Professional (PMP) certification preferredAbility to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law Physical and Work Environment Requirements: Exposure to extreme conditions such as heatWalking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbingAbility to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights All employees of a SERVPRO® Franchise are hired by, employed by, and under the sole supervision and control of an independently owned and operated SERVPRO® Franchise.
