Our actions are a testament to our commitment. About the Role We’re currently looking for an executive assistant to be an empowering force who primarily supports our CEO. This role requires a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention for details. Key responsibilities include: Communication: Monitor and support the flow of multiplatform communications from the executive office. Taking a lead in supporting CEO and company communications initiatives, e.g. an employee newsletter, Linkedin, All-Hands meetings etc. by working closely with both the Marketing and HR teams as well as the broader Leadership Team · Organization: Organize meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, ensuring meeting details (e.g. agenda’s, meeting materials) are complete. Manage travel logistics and activities for the CEO and other leaders as requested. Prioritizing tasks: Managing the executive’s professional and personal calendar, including making and moving appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive and urgent matters as required Measuring team performance: Manage and monitor company KPI’s and goals by providing reports to key stakeholders and suggestions for improvements to CEO. Supporting Team Performance: Provide data driven reports with suggestions to improve workflows and teamwork. Project facilitiation: Support the CEO with project management oversight and potential opportunity to facilitate and oversee special projects. While our outdoor adventure vehicles are made in Yakima, WA, this role is based in Abbotsford, BC where our CEO resides and our new retail location will be opened this year. There would be opportunities to travel to Yakima for on-site meeting support and to get to know the full scope of our business. In addition, you are known to have the following: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience drafting memo’s, presentations and other communications Strong time-management skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects Strong organizational skills are required, with experience in project management and using applications like Asana. Proficiency with MS office productivity tools and an aptitude for learning new software and systems Flexibility as a team player, taking the initiative to get the work done that is needed, willing to adapt to changes and sees challenges as an opportunity, not an obstacle Ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company and its leaders and employees At least three years of experience in supporting executives’ travel plans, calendar management, communications.
