Today is the day to boost your career! Pinchin is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team in our Sudbury office.

The Administrative Assistant will assist with general office duties. This is a fast-paced position requiring a pleasant, helpful demeanor, excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.

A Day in the life of an Administrative Assistant at Pinchin :

  • Format and finalize reports
  • Work with incoming and outgoing mail and courier packages
  • Data Entry, file preparation and management
  • Coordinate meetings and employee travel
  • Order office and kitchen supplies
  • Assist project managers with project related requests

What you bring to the Pinchin team :

  • High School Diploma and Secretarial or Administrative Assistant Course is required
  • 1-year Business Administration or Business Computer Course is preferred
  • Advanced understanding of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Experience using a project-based accounting system considered an asset
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task, with high attention to detail
  • Ability to complete tasks with mínimal supervision under strict deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with an aptitude for working with all levels of the organization
