Our client is looking for an Intermediate Business Analyst (5+ years) to support the SAP ERP Business Analyst Team in a complex SAP implementation and transformation project in the public sector. Responsibilities: Facilitate requirements gathering and validation workshopsDevelop and document project visions and approachAnalyze and define business requirements for determining roles relationships and data structures to meet business security privacy and operational requirementsAnalyze and define data and information requirements needed to address business requirements used by data modelers and architects responsible for developing logical and physical data models and/or analyzing and designing class models to meet business requirementsWork with business clients and technical teams on the design development and implementation of business applicationsDocument, analyze, and manage business requirementsDevelop business casesProduce deliverables within specified quality standardsEscalate issues and risks as appropriatePrepare and execute tasks in accordance with a defined project planReview and provide input on test strategies plans and test cases to ensure they adequately cover the defined business requirementsExecute tasks in accordance with control processes, including schedule management, status-reporting issues, risk and change management at the project and or program levelAttend necessary meetings to review schedule, status, issues, risk, and change managementSupport project team members in the analysis of issuesPrepare status reports, meeting minutes, change requests, and other documentsUndertake management detailing tasks and review the timelines associated with the execution of those tasksMust Have 5 years as a Business Analyst5+ years SAP or other ERP implementation 5+ years in Procurement 5+ years in Supply Chain ( SCM )5+ years in Enterprise Asset Management ( EAM )Nice to Have Public sector experience3+ years in Finance business areaDescriptionReporting to the ERP Senior BA, the BA resource will partner with the business to identify, analysis and document business requirements for SAP ERP transformation projects. This includes, researching, reviewing, and analyzing the effectiveness and efficiency of existing requirements to new ERP capabilities. The BA will identify, document, and analyze requirements, document solutions, allocate requirements and make recommendations to achieve the desired future state with the new ERP workflow and solution. The BA will develop test plans, support testing and assists with User Acceptance Testing processes. The BA will be responsible to manage and communicate changes, enhancements, modifications, and progression throughout various phases of the project life cycle to key stakeholders within IT and the functional business area.
