Reporting to the Director, Corporate Services, Corporate Group, the successful applicant will perform a variety of legal and administrative corporate duties, primarily drafting resolutions, notices and other ancillary documents in connection with the annual maintenance of corporate entities, including handling Canada-wide extra-provincial registrations and licenses. Also, the paralegal will be working closely with our lawyers and interacting with the firm’s clients on a regular basis.
