Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:As the Chief of Merchandising, you translate our design vision into compelling, consumer-centric product assortments that reflect the essence of Arc’teryx in service to the mountain athlete. You build bridges within your team and across functions to ensure the Go to Market (GTM) plan is realized, guiding the representation of our product experience through all channels .As a senior leader you work in partnership with design, commercial, supply chain, and brand leadership, you provide guidance and cohesion to optimize a high performing cross functional merchandising team. You build a world-class team to support global merchandising strategies, global assortment planning, price architecture, regional commercial product management for NAM, EMEA, APAC and work in partnership with the China team. The merchandising function manages the product life cycle ultimately ensuring the right product at the right location at the right time. If you were the Chief of Merchandising, here are some of the core activities you would be doing: Develop and communicate a clear and compelling merchandisingvision, strategy, and 5 year roadmap aligning with the organization's broader business objectives Implementand manage the merchandising roadmap that delivers at scale to deliver aglobal line plantailored to regional and local market needs Oversee multiple product lines within the portfolio, ensuring consistency and synergy between different offerings across all channels Build an industry leading global merchandising function at speed to deliver our 5 yearstrategicplan Foster strong collaboration between the merchandising teams, design, brand marketing, finance, supply chain, and other functional partners to ensure the effective execution of the merchandising strategy Lead and mentor the Merchandising organization to enable the execution of the design vision through the GTM calendar, expectations and goals Are you our next Chief of Merchandising?
