Role Overview: We are looking for a passionate and versatile application developer who is ready to work on a small team and help us support big solutions. You will be working with senior and junior development staff while assisting in the design, development, and implementation of software applications using .NET tools. You will have an opportunity to participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle and apply your expertise in all aspects of our software stack. Responsibilities: Develop and support Microsoft .NET windows applications and services Respond quickly to customer issues Troubleshoot and resolve various challenging issues with real-time software applications Collaborate with other team members and clients to resolve issues Troubleshoot in-house built as well as third party software Provide support for existing production applications and apply updates as required Research, identify, test, and fix application issues reported by internal production team Create and maintain application documentation Recommend improvements to existing software as well as provide suggestions on any new technologies and tools to improve processes Interact with client services, developers, and operations on a regular basis Always maintain a high degree of professionalism, courteousness, and friendliness Experience and Requirements: Degree in computer science or equivalent work experience 2+ years of experience with .NET (C# and VB.NET) 2+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server stored procedures, queries, triggers Some experience with cloud computing (Azure, Google, or AWS) An excellent attitude and approach to customer service Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A self-starter with a strong desire to work on a small collaborative team in a fast-paced environment Easygoing, hardworking, team focused attitude Ability to work independently and to multi-task effectively Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills with strong attention to detail Flexible and willing to accept a change in priorities as necessary Proactive in taking initiative and has a strong willingness to learn Industry: Information Technology & Services Employment Type: Full-time Interview Process: Through our interview process the candidate is introduced to the role and has the opportunity to present their skillset.
