Job Overview: Responsibilities :

  • Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct parts for their needs
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and issues promptly and professionally
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure parts are stocked appropriately
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently
  • Collaborate with the sales team to promote parts and accessories
  • Utilize phone etiquette to handle incoming calls and messages effectively

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and customer orders efficiently
  • Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus
  • Knowledge of POS systems for processing transactions
  • Ability to negotiate prices with customers while maintaining profitability
  • Basic math skills for calculating costs, discounts, and invoices
  • Previous experience in a dealership or retail sales environment is beneficial
  • Familiarity with sales management practices is an advantage
