Responsibilities :

  • Oversee daily operations of the service department, ensuring efficiency and high-quality service.
  • Lead a team of skilled technicians, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and professional growth.
  • Develop service procedures and policies that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Manage customer service issues, ensuring all client concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
  • Monitor and control inventory, tools, and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and automotive service standards.

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00-$140,000.00 per year
