You will earn equity value in the development of your Commercial Lines Insurance Book of Business .
You will be required to be in the office in Hamilton 5 days per week, during the initial training period.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven work experience in sales
- Passionate about sales and delivering solutions
- Highly motivated, target driven and believes in delivering value to clients
- Excellent at generating new customer pipelines
- Experience working with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Previous experience working in a team environment
- Interpersonal, strong communication and listening skills
- Must achieve a RIBO Insurance license before your start date (The company will reimburse you for study material and exam cost once passed)
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle
- You will meet clients in person, network, attend networking events, and cold-call to generate sales leads.
