You will earn equity value in the development of your Commercial Lines Insurance Book of Business .

You will be required to be in the office in Hamilton 5 days per week, during the initial training period.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven work experience in sales
  • Passionate about sales and delivering solutions
  • Highly motivated, target driven and believes in delivering value to clients
  • Excellent at generating new customer pipelines
  • Experience working with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
  • Previous experience working in a team environment
  • Interpersonal, strong communication and listening skills
  • Must achieve a RIBO Insurance license before your start date (The company will reimburse you for study material and exam cost once passed)
  • Valid driver’s license and vehicle
  • You will meet clients in person, network, attend networking events, and cold-call to generate sales leads.
