What you bring

• Successful completion of Food Service Worker Certificate and Food Handler Training Program (or commitment to obtain within a specified period of time, as required under the Fixing Long Term Care Homes Act and its Regulations)
• Must be willing to accept verbal and/or written direction
• Able to cope with physical and emotional demands of the position
• Geriatric, long term care experience beneficial
• Experience in long term care food service an asset, including texture modified diets, therapeutic and production spreadsheets
• Good communication skills, able to read and write in the English language
• Punctual and reliable

This will be a part-time permanent position. Starting rate of pay is $23.34 per hour with terms and conditions of employment per the Collective Agreement.
