Job DetailsStatus: Full-Time, PermanentLocation: BurnabyCompensation: $, - $, depending on experience Job Purpose:Reporting to the Director, Program Underwriting, by supporting the Director with the daily administration of Large Realty portfolios. Primary duties include, but are not limited to, the following: Day to day liaison with internal & external partners Review of Insurer contracts & preparation of renewals Assist with the research, analysis, and preparation of reports on trends, patterns and indicators on book performance Collaboration with colleagues over various areas such as claims, client facing documents and internal underwriting toolsFacilitation of Insurer onboardingProperty & Casualty wordings review, comparison, and analysisMaintaining consistent, organized, and detailed file management system within the BMS Key skills and attributes:  A minimum of years of demonstrated property and casualty experience with a strong focus on property Level II BC General Insurance license (CAIB or CIP an asset)Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint Solution based, with superior negotiation and marketing abilities Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills with an ability to communicate in a precise manner Demonstrated track record of exceptional customer service and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentComfortable working in a deadline-oriented atmosphereA natural fact finder, with analytical and risk underwriting skillsAbility to work both independently and in a team environment
