Our client, in the automotive industry is seeking to hire for a OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR/RECEPTIONISTLocation: Chatham, ONStart Date: immediateWage: $Job description Receptionist Duties: Answer phones, receive supplies, manage store room.Must have a general understanding with Payroll and Accounts Receivables,Computer experience – Word, Excel, Outlook. Other systems in house to be trained.Skills working with WSIB Reports, and Human Resources experience would be an asset.Recording minutes of meetings.Health & Safety knowledge in an Automotive Environment.Problem-solving and communication skills are a must.General Office duties supporting HR Manager, and Vice-President as needed.Assist with operations, policies, operating principles and philosophies of the Company. 40 hour work week.
