Responsibilities :
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Provide in-depth product knowledge, including strain characteristics, effects, and consumption methods.
- Educate customers on responsible cannabis use, dosage, and potential effects.
- Assist in the selection of products based on customer preferences and needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales environment.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently through our point-of-sale system.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new products, and cannabis regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and uphold dispensary standards.
Qualifications:
- Must possess Cannsell License
- Cannabis experience is a must
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred.
- Passion for cannabis and a willingness to continually expand knowledge.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of cannabis regulations.
