Case Manager - Dental

As a Dental Case Manager, you will be reporting to the Global Care Team Leader. You will be responsible for medical dental case management pertaining to medical emergency as well as directional and supplemental health coverage.

What does your typical shift look like?

• Obtaining regular updates from health care providers to closely monitor a client’s condition
• Assess treatment options according to the client’s medical records and insurance policy;
• Ensuring optimal client care and cost containment.

What skills and experience do you need?

• Diploma in a medical field (dentist);
• Work experience in the medical field;
• Experience in case management is considered an asset;
• Bilingual English and French with excellent communications skills in English (verbal and written);
• Other languages are an asset;
• Solid decision making, problem solving and communication skills;
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
