North America Service Manager - $100k -$125k per year - Remote Are you a proven B2B sales leader with experience in the automotive, chemical, or distribution industries? My client, a leading distributor of wholesale automotive and industrial paint coating products to auto body collision repair shops and light industrial manufacturers across North America, is looking for a North America Service Manager. This role involves providing leadership and supervision for in-field business support and technical service representatives across various locations. You'll collaborate closely with Branch Operations Managers, the North America Sales Manager, and the Operations Manager to ensure that in-field service activities align with customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs), customer expectations, and internal business procedures and growth targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer engagement, leadership, and technical service management within the automotive after-market segment. A positive, can-do attitude, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure are essential. Position Details: Type: Permanent, Full-Time Hours: Monday to Friday, daytime hours (plus commute time for travel) Salary: $100k to $125k per year (based on experience and certification) Advantages This leader in distributing wholesale automotive and industrial paint coating products offers you: - Competitive starting wage based on certification and experience - Bonus - Up to 15% of salary based on personal, division, and company performance. - 3 weeks vacation - Health and Dental, as well as Fitness credit after 3 months - Savings Options - After one year of service, company % match toward contrubtion to either ESP or RRSP - Company car, credit card, laptop, and cell phone Responsibilities As an NA Service Manager, core responsibilities include: - Lead Fulfillment Business Support and Technical Service Representative activities in alignment with customer Service Level Agreement expectations. - Create and maintain customer Service Level Agreement documentation in collaboration with customers and colleagues. - Generate, coordinate, and control Customer Discounting and Consignment documentation. - Oversee customer vendor-managed inventory activities, including order processing, as well as customer inventory management functions including monthly inventory counts and reporting activities. - Lead efforts to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and coordinate efforts for customer contract renewals. - Perform other value-added duties as assigned. Qualifications What do you need for this position? - Bachelor's degree, preferably in business or other related fields. - Have a valid passport and able to travel extensively throughout North America. - Class 5 license and a clean driver's abstract - Bi lingual (English and French) is a strong asset - 3+ years of experience in a Service, Sales, Operations, or General Manager capacity. - Experience leading and managing people in a distribution business environment is a strong asset. - Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet time-sensitive deadlines.
