People who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are driven to complete projects that meet regulations and expectations.What you will do:The Loaner Coordinator must be a team-oriented individual capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Position responsibilities include all functions within the Loaner Coordinating Team including receiving and restocking of instrument and implant kits, all monthly/quarterly inventory activities, assembling new kit fleet additions, as well as the packaging of our loaner instrument and implant sets for shipping. Additional responsibilities include:Accept loaner requests from Sales Coordinators and processes in a timely mannerTimely execution of rush shipment requests during high intensity situationsCommunicate kit deviations to Sales Coordinators and Sales Representatives where appropriateMaintain accompanying documentation in preparation for shipping and supports the supply of literature, samples and promotional materials where neededMaintain all kits by managing replacements and assembling additional kits as requiredAccurately record kit and item usage within the ERP system, alerting appropriate personnel of receipt discrepanciesParticipate in daily and quarterly inventory counts of all sub-inventoriesLift and move medium and heavier weight itemsIdentify, record, segregate and report obsolete/expired, damaged, dirty, and non-compliant kit inventoryTimelessly respond to RAQA Product InquiriesWhat you need:Required:High School Diploma or EquivalentPreferred:Completed post-secondary education program3 years’ relevant work experienceExperience in the Medical and/or Supply Chain fieldInternal applicants with an equivalent combination of education, experience and performance over time at Stryker will be considered.About StrykerStryker is a global leader in medical technologies and, together with its customers, is driven to make healthcare better.
