Associate Dentist

Part time position to practice general family dentistry in an established, busy practice with an excellent reputation in the community.

Two dental assistants are available for the Dentist to help during work days. There are two operatories available for the Dentist to work out of to treat patients. Three other operatories are hygiene rooms to do recalls.

We have an up to date clinic in dental technology; digital radiographs, intra oral cameras, an iTero digital scanner.

Our practice focuses on comprehensive diagnosis treatment plans and we offer a complete range of treatment options in-house.

We have a strong marketing budget. Consistent and excellent New Patient monthly flow.

Anything you diagnose, you can do. If you need help, the owner and supporting team are here to guide you and provide back up assistance.

We are confident in the capability of the management and business desk staff to collect almost 100%, therefore you will be paid based on production, not on collection.

What we are looking for:

• Graduate from an accredited DDS? DMD Program or completion of the NDEB Equivalency Exam
• Licensed in Ontario and in good standing with the RCDSO
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are a must.
• Willing to learn our proven systems and techniques.

Experience is not required but motivation will be an integral part of your success in the practice.

Job Type : Part-time Part-time hours: 15 per week

Salary : $110,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
