This may include working with CSDS staff/stakeholders as well as staff/stakeholders from other Government and Health departments.The Business Analyst will have the following key responsibilities: Assist Confluence and Jira users with the export and import processes required for migration and archiving.Provide technical assistance to the Confluence and Jira users, as required.Research/identify and document the requirements to successfully complete the migration and archiving processes.May be asked to assist with other project deliverables including, but not limited to, the development of FAQs and/or Quick Reference Guides, documenting the requirements to move from one Cloud instance to another, and development of a governance model.Obtain acceptance and approval of deliverables. TimelineThe Business Analyst will be required to work full time (100%) for approximately three months, until August 30, 2024. The duration may be scaled up or down as project flow dictates, with the option to end earlier or extend the end date, so the role will require a degree of agreed upon flexibility. Proponent QualificationsThe proposed resource(s) must demonstrate the following mandatory qualifications: o    Extensive business analysis experience in product retirement and migration activities;o    Demonstrated experience in using Confluence and Jira, preferably in an Administrator role;o    Strong skills in needs analysis and facilitation; ando    Ability to deliver within tight timelines.Beneficial Qualifications: Knowledge and experience with both data centre and cloud/SaaS versions of Confluence and Jira would be preferred; andStrong skills in the use and knowledge of Microsoft Teams, and other collaboration tools.The Business Analyst’s resume should be structured to emphasize his/her relevant qualifications and experience, including role, dates, and duration of projects. The Business Analyst’s resume should be structured to emphasize his/her relevant qualifications and experience, including role, dates, and duration of projects. 3.0 Consultant/Department ResponsibilitiesThe Business Analyst will report to the CSDS Internal Operations Manager and will work in partnership with the CSDS project team. The Business Analyst will work collaboratively with CSDS staff and other stakeholders, including users from other Government and Health departments. to complete the required deliverables.All deliverables are to be submitted in electronic format and in CSDS’s desired format, where available. Appropriate work activities are to be carried out at the agreed work location. All deliverables will be reviewed to ensure development standards and efficiencies are utilized. All work products are the property of the Province.The successful proponent must have the required technology to create effective team collaboration which supports the required delivery timeframes and activities.
