• Must be able to remain organized and efficient, engaging in problem-solving as required.
• Able to follow direction to ensure accurate and timely delivery of all patio orders.

Specific job duties include:

• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional and inviting manner while maintaining a positive demeanour at all times.
• Take wine and food orders, while making recommendations according to extensive product knowledge.
• Communicate with team members to ensure that exceptional customer service is uncompromised and all orders are seamlessly delivered.
• Ensure that the patio is clean and inviting at all times, while ensuring sanitizing efforts remain in-line with established Covid-19 protocols.

Job Requirements:

• Must possess a passion for people, wine and the wine industry.
• Must possess Smart Serve Certification and be at least 18 years of age.
• Food Handler certification an asset.
• Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
• Must be able to lift 20kg and stand for long periods of time.
