We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Electrical Project Coordinator to join our team.

Job Summary:

As an Electrical Project Coordinator , you will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of a diverse range of electrical projects. Working closely with the project management team, your responsibilities will encompass coordinating project activities, ensuring seamless collaboration between internal teams, subcontractors, and clients, and maintaining a keen focus on project timelines and budgets. Your organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to adapt to dynamic project environments will contribute significantly to the overall success of our electrical projects.

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Collaborate closely with the project management team to execute electrical projects by establishing timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

· Coordinate project activities by liaising with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

· Review project documents, including design drawings, specifications, and contracts, to ensure accurate implementation and compliance.

· Monitor project budgets, track costs, and contribute to the preparation of regular financial reports for management review.

· Support in the execution of daily project administrative tasks.

· Support overseeing project progress, identifying and communicating potential risks, and assisting in implementing mitigation strategies.

· Assist in implementing coaching and training strategies to enhance team performance and address project challenges effectively.

· Utilize knowledge of procurement processes to support the activities essential for project success.

Job Requirements:

·2+ years of experience in a project coordination role within the electrical contracting field.

· Demonstrated on-site experience, showcasing the ability to address and manage project challenges in a dynamic construction environment.

· Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with programs for modifying .pdf files (e.g., Bluebeam).

· In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.

· Proficient in the English language.

· Electrical trade certificate or electrical degree/diploma.

Salary Range: $70,000.00 to $90,000.00 per annum.
