Posting Details Job Details Description Key Responsibilities: Receive visitors to the department, notify staff members of visitors, and escort visitors to appropriate locationsDistribute mail to appropriate people and ensure items for courier service are dealt with appropriately Provide support to all Departments when requestedOrder and maintain office, coffee and kitchen supplies and keep reception and kitchen area tidyOrganize, stock, and administer company copier, supply room, and printer stationsOversee maintenance and repairs of office equipment and common area appliances and fixturesUpdate and maintain file storage including original authenticated documents Manage general administrative duties including filing, photocopying, and preparing binders Maintain petty cash Process a variety of documents, reports, and tablesPrioritize issues and take appropriate actionTrack tasks, ensuring deadlines are metCreate material part cards and release bills of material in Visual Qualifications: High School diploma Post-secondary diploma in Office Administration or equivalent work experience1-2 years office administration experienceIndependent problem solving experience related to office administration is required Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of programs and skills with general computer applicationsAbility to represent the company in a mature, professional mannerExcellent interpersonal communication skills and strong customer service acumenStrong organizational skillsExperience in PDF software such as Adobe Pro or Bluebeam is an assetAs a condition of employment, employees are required upon hire to sign a Drug-Free Workplace Agreement, a Conflict of Interest Agreement, and Confidentiality and Invention Agreement.
