Property Maintenance Worker

Duties

• Grass cutting, grass trimming, and blowdowns
• Operate and maintain small equipment such as riding mowers, push mowers, trimmers, leaf blowers
• Teardown of winter markers and poles
• Rake and clean up trimmings, leaves and debris
• Cart and spread topsoil and other materials
• Lay sod or seed
• water and tend to plants, lawns and/or gardens
• Follow all relevant Sunshine Snow policies and practices, including health and safety policies

Qualifications and Skills

• Hard-working, motivated, and reliable
• Responsible, courteous, and punctual
• Willing to learn new skills and capable of following direction
• Experience in landscaping and/or working in a team environment
• Comfortable lifting 50 lbs
• Competent in driving pickup trucks with trailers
• G or G2 Licenced
• Experienced in property maintenance for a minimum of 2 years

Job Type : Seasonal Contract length: 6 months

Salary : $18.00-$30.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
